We have greatly upgraded our support system with the purchase of a ticket-based support center, operated by our same knowledgeable and caring support staff.
Our new support center features live chat (when available) and e-mail based support, and includes an easy to use knowledge base, flash video tutorials, and downloadable instructions and videos.

| APA Updates |
When the APA announced that the original printing of the 6th Edition of the APA Manual contained a number of errors and released an update, StyleEase quickly updated its APA product.
The latest update to StyleEase for APA Style fixes the placement of running heads and corrects which section headings are emboldened.

We've integrated our own shopping cart into styleease.com, replacing the Yahoo store that we had used for ten years. Our new cart improves reliability and security, makes discount coupon use simpler, and allows us to offer Google Checkout and Paypal payment options for all purchases.
