Returns and Refunds
SE Logo StyleEase Software, LLC uses the software industry standard returns policy:
 

StyleEase Software gladly accepts returns of software that has not been activated. You can review our license agreement during installation of our software, and you are free to cancel the installation without activating the software if you do not agree with the terms.

We offer evaluation copies of our software and encourage you to download and activate our trial versions before making your purchase. You can upgrade our trial versions almost instantly, provided you have an Internet connection.

However, once you enter the activation code for your purchased copy of StyleEase, we cannot issue you a refund.

We offer excellent, free, US-based e-mail support for our products. We always respond to support requests within one business day, and usually within a couple hours. Our support staff is knowledgable and caring, and will work diligently to help you with any problems you encounter with our products.
