StyleEase Product Requirements

StyleEase Software, LLC has an easy to understand shipping policy:

If you order a CD-ROM copy of one of our products, it will be shipped to you within five days. If you don't specify and pay for one of the offered express shipping methods, we will send your disc via First Class US Mail.

If you purchase a downloaded copy of one of our products, you can click the Download Now button on your purchase confirmation page to download your StyleEase product. You'll also receive an email from downloads@styleease.com that shows your license number and has a link you can use if you did not yet get your download.

Please retain your license number; you'll need it to get help
from our support center or to re-download your purchase.

Your license is good for use on one computer only.

If you have your license code, you can always visit our re-download page to download your software.

If you do not receive your email within an hour, please check your spam filter (virtually all unreceived links are due to our email being mistakenly marked as spam). If you can't find the email, please visit our support center and use live chat (when available) or open a support ticket.

Our support team works from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (EST) Monday to Friday, and responds to support requests within one business day, usually within a couple hours.
