If you order a CD-ROM copy of one of our products, it will be shipped to you the next business day. If you don't specify and pay for one of the offered express shipping methods, we will send your disc via First Class US Mail.
If you purchase a downloaded copy of one of our products, you will receive an email from us within an hour. The email, from downloads@styleease.com, contains the following:

the license code you need to activate your software after you install it |
For security reasons, the download link remains valid for 48 hours. Once downloaded, your product can be used forever.
If you do not receive your email within an hour, please check your spam filter (virtually all unreceived links are due to our email being mistakenly marked as spam). If you can't find the email, please visit our support center and use live chat (when available) or open a support ticket. We'll get back to you as quickly as possible: generally within a few hours, and always within one business day. |
